Aman Goel 9286acb687 Add option -expose to setundef pass 
Option -expose converts undriven wires to inputs.

Example usage: setundef -undriven -expose [selection]

eshellko 9a742f4069 Added 'assert-limit' option for 'select' command 
For resource limited designs such as FPGA it can be useful to specify limit of specific resources available on board. So user can check if he should change RTL as early as mapping done.

Siesh1oo 8127d5e8c3 - kernel/register.h, kernel/driver.cc: refactor rewrite_yosys_exe()/get_share_file_name() to portable proc_self_dirname()/proc_share_dirname(). 
This refactoring improves robustness and allows OSX support with only 7 new lines of code, and easy extension for other systems.
 - passes/abc/abc.cc, passes/cmds/show.cc, passes/techmap/techmap.cc: use new, refactored semantics.
