- native win32 now handles WSAECONNRESET - no longer exits openocd

flash verify_image and flash erase_address.
- added patch for new parport_write_on_exit command.
Even this patch will fix some memory leaks.

- Reducing stack usage for recursive scripts
- Do not exit on bogus arguments to reset_config. No longer exit the application upon bogus arguments to reset_config, but return errors.
