Antonio Borneo a3b69dee62 jtag/aice: switch to command 'adapter serial' 
The driver aice defines the command 'aice serial' to specify the
serial string of the adapter, but actually does not use this value
in the code.

Remove and deprecate the driver command, and use 'adapter serial'.

Antonio Borneo 38ac08c1c2 tcl: replace the deprecated commands with "adapter ..." 
Avoid annoying "deprecated" messages while running the scripts
distributed with OpenOCD code.
Change automatically created with commands
	sed -i 's/adapter_khz/adapter speed/g' $(find tcl/ -type f)
	sed -i 's/adapter_nsrst_delay/adapter srst delay/g' $(find tcl/ -type f)

Minor indentation issue fixed manually in
	tcl/board/at91sam9g20-ek.cfg

Hsiangkai Wang ceb402dc9e aice: add Andes AICE support 
Andes AICE uses USB to transfer packets between OpenOCD and AICE.
It uses high-level USB commands to control targets instead of using
JTAG signals. I define an interface as aice_port_api_s. It contains
all basic operations needed by target-dependent code.
