- Replace '\([^_]\)u32' with '\1uint32_t'.
- Replace '^u32' with 'uint32_t'.

- added mips software breakpoint support

- changed some jtag LOG_DEBUG to only output when _DEBUG_JTAG_IO_ defined. Makes debugging other parts of openocd not as noisy
- updated correct jtag id for pic32mx
