lhchavez ddd9a7f7ac Make `TestApplyDiffAddFile()` explicitly `.Free()` stuff 
This change adds explicit `.Free()` calls in `TestApplyDiffAddFile()`.
It was discovered in #657 that some objects were not explicitly being
freed, so this fixes that!
