The API changes are:

- `*Remote.Connect`

  ```go
  // from:
  func (o *Remote) Connect(direction ConnectDirection, callbacks *RemoteCallbacks) error
  // to:
  func (o *Remote) Connect(direction ConnectDirection, callbacks *RemoteCallbacks, headers []string) error
  ```

- `*Remote.ConnectFetch` - `headers` was added as above
- `*Remote.ConnectPush` - `headers` was added as above
