Antonio Borneo d7b2313b5a jtag/kitprog: switch to command 'adapter serial' 
The driver kitprog defines the command 'kitprog_serial' to specify
the serial string of the adapter.

Remove and deprecate the driver command, and use 'adapter serial'.

Antonio Borneo 2aa2ed1d8a tcl: replace command "interface" with "adapter driver" 
Avoid annoying "deprecated" messages while running the scripts
distributed with OpenOCD code.
Change automatically created with command
	sed -i 's/^interface /adapter driver /' $(find tcl/ -type f)

Forest Crossman f6449a7cba jtag/drivers: Add Cypress KitProg driver
