Antonio Borneo 9e23c9ae35 coding style: tcl: remove empty lines at end of text files 
Empty lines at end of text files are useless.
Remove them.

Antonio Borneo 2aa2ed1d8a tcl: replace command "interface" with "adapter driver" 
Avoid annoying "deprecated" messages while running the scripts
distributed with OpenOCD code.
Change automatically created with command
	sed -i 's/^interface /adapter driver /' $(find tcl/ -type f)

zwelch dbbc9c41f7 Move TCL script files -- Step 2 of 2: 
- Move src/tcl to tcl/.
- Update top Makefile.am to use new path name.
