Antonio Borneo 3bccc77999 tcl/interface: add SPDX tag 
For historical reasons, no license information was added to the
tcl files. This makes trivial adding the SPDX tag through script:
	fgrep -rL SPDX tcl/interface | while read a;do \
	sed -i '1{i# SPDX-License-Identifier: GPL-2.0-or-later\n
	}' $a;done

With no specific license information from the author, let's extend
the OpenOCD project license GPL-2.0-or-later to the files.

Antonio Borneo 2aa2ed1d8a tcl: replace command "interface" with "adapter driver" 
Avoid annoying "deprecated" messages while running the scripts
distributed with OpenOCD code.
Change automatically created with command

Diego Herranz 5a6f0495db tcl/interface/ftdi: improve minimodule config 
- Tested on a real FT2232H MiniModule, so warning removed.
- Every pin initially set to high impedance except TCK, TDI,
  TDO and TMS: Safest values given it's an evaluation board
  and the rest of pins might be connected to something else.
- Reset is now initially de-asserted (it was asserted
  which is not recommended).
- nRST pin choice is arbitrary so comment added (wondering
  if it should be an "echo").
- "-oe" option added to NRST signal so it can be set as
  high impedance (tri-stated).
