Pietro Gagliardi 1c5f09d49e Removed TODO about using LVITEM memory for Tables on Windows. I would still need to do a UTF-16 conversion on the Go side, and it seems I can't do that to an already-available buffer (it can only be done to a freshly-allocated one).
