Details:
* Change, in build.conf: re-added support for the newly migrated Chams
project.
* Bug, in bootstrap/../Project.py: the tool by tool compilation was
not working. Now it does (argument "--tool").
* New, in boostrap/../cmake_modules: support for retreiving the Git
