Currently implemented in getMaxHVDensity(), should be unificated with getDensity(). Used for display purposes. - Bug: In AutoContact, when splitting a contact, add a specific check for "one layer span". - Bug: In AutoSegment::canMoveUp(), do not move up fixed segments.
