Tim Edwards 4af5322ddd Added LVS result for caravel and the scripts to run LVS (using the 
new PDK).  These are in the gds/ directory and should be moved to
signoff and scripts, respectively.

Passant 33cacaf857 update PVR results for the updated caravel: 
- signoff summary report
- antenna check summary report
- DRC results
- move old CVC results to `./signoff/caravel/standalone_pvr/`
- remove dir `./signoff/caravel/lvs-signoff/` to have all files in dir `./signoff/caravel/standalone_pvr/`

Passant a7e8d9d224 update signoff scripts with: 
- set the parasitics log file for each RC corner to be in the directory `./signoff/<design_name>/primetime-signoff/logs/`
- flag if there is any error in reading a spef file
- correct paths of `RAM256` and `RAM128` spef files
- set PT message limit to 1500 instead of the default 100
- report SI bottleneck nets for any design

- DRC and LVS logs are at `./signoff/<design_name>/standalone_pvr/logs/`

~ regenerate the gl netlist based on the above changes
