Add a NVRAM file for the Ampak AP6255 Wifi/BT module as used on the
Minix Neo Z83-4 Mini PC. This file is based on the existing
brvm/brcmfmac4356-pcie.gpd-win-pocket.txt NVRAM file with some of the
values adjusted for the Minix Neo Z83-4 Mini PC.
