- export MousePositionWidget.h so pharos can use it (displays the (x,y) mouse position in status bar)
ADDS
- add a getOnPhysicalGrid() in DbU
- add getPhysical and getOnPhysicalGrid functions in PyDbU and also defines useful CONSTANTS
