Marc Schink 223c28f9b9 contrib/rpc_examples: Add (dis)connect methods
Add these methods such that the OpenOcd class can also be used outside
of a 'with' statement.

Paul Fertser 92c50fda2b contrib: rpc_examples: python: fix memory retrieval
mem2array returns a Tcl (associative) array and so the order of elements
is not guaranteed. Treat it as such.
