tcl/memory: fix syntax errors

Using a command in an expression requires a bracketed command
substitution.

These syntax errors were caught by tclint v0.2.5
(https://github.com/nmoroze/tclint):

tclint tcl/memory.tcl | grep "syntax error"
```
