build: correctly use AC_LANG_PROGRAM
With newer versions of autoconf >= 2.68 we receive warnings about the incorrect use of AC_LANG_PROGRAM. This fixes those warnings. Signed-off-by: Spencer Oliver <ntfreak@users.sourceforge.net>
