psoc4 flash driver: cleaned printf PRI... formats
Failed build on Mac OS X 10.10.2 was reported in OpenOCD-devel. Cleaning types and printf formats. uint32_t prefered for flash/sector sizes. 2 minor changes in comments. Removed redundant bracket.
