Nicolas Pitre <nico@cam.org>: Update sheevaplug interface script: 

When the CPU is in the WFI state, the JTAG interface simply doesn't 
respond at all and initial tap examination simply fails.  Let's simply
do it again when we come around to assert nSRST.
