spi: add n25q256 flash 

* 256 MBit SPI flash
* https://www.micron.com/~/media/documents/products/data-sheet/nor-flash/serial-nor/mt25q/die-rev-a/mt25q_qljs_l_256_aba_0.pdf spells out the entire zoo of IDs
* used e.g. on Xilinx KCU105
