Chris Ziogas c9e0b3105b Supply delta live tracer (#29347 ) Introduces the first built-in live tracer. The supply tracer tracks ETH supply changes across blocks and writes the output to disk. Filling test cases

To fill test cases for the built-in tracers, the makeTest.js script can be used. Given a transaction on a dev/test network, makeTest.js will fetch its prestate and then traces with the given configuration. In the Geth console do:

makeTest(tx, { tracer: 'callTracer' })
