core/vm: rework jumpdest analysis benchmarks (#23499)

* core/vm: rework jumpdest analysis benchmarks

For BenchmarkJumpdestOpAnalysis use fixed code size of ~1.2MB
and classic benchmark loop.

* core/vm: clear bitvec in jumpdest analysis benchmark
