+ small updates to text
- change "File Descriptor Polling" to "Build-in Event loop"
and removal of "Custom Event Loop Integrations" section from libgetdns.

Willem Toorop 76dcab7850 Fix -I and -L flags to look into builddir too 
And removal of looking into /usr/local/include and /usr/local/lib.
I hope this doesn't break anything...
