Change recommended release fetch-macOS-v2.py

There was some commits for xhci support to make Sonoma work. Those broke inputs for ehci or something, in any case mouse input will no longer work on Ventura. But Ventura was "recommended". The PR changes this to recommend Sonoma.
All past 10.5 are bloatware anyway, so there should be no harm changing the default.
